3. USE AB STRAPS FOR MORE THAN JUST HANGING LEG RAISES

Not a bad idea at all! Use Ab Straps, preferrably our AAB2 Gut Blaster Ab Slings  to perform a bent-over row. While it may not give you the same range of motion, it could work if you have an injury or can't give full range of motion.
