Since November 2016, Aimee Welu and Patrick Murphy—co-owners of Pulse Fitness—have called the vibrant downtown of Highland Park, IL home.
Located on the Northshore of Lake Michigan and 30 minutes north of downtown Chicago, the community of Highland Park is famous for the yearly Ravinia music festival, their many lavish homes—including the Ben Rose House made famous in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and the former home of Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan.
Less than a year into business, Pulse has already become a beacon of energy and excitement in the area.

Three coaches—including both Aimee and Patrick—offer state-of-the-art classes designed exclusively to maximize results.
