In the background we can see a Body-Solid Cable Crossover Machine that we know must have been a big part of Mr. Pratt's routine to urn his flab in to fab.

It's all a result of the February announcement that he'll be leading Marvel Studio's big-screen adaptation of Guardians of the Galaxy as astronaut Peter Quill, who becomes an interplanetary starlord.
