Scott Pecucci grew up with a vast athletic background, competing in cross-country, baseball, football and wrestling while growing up in the Chicago suburb of Des Plaines, IL. After high school, Pecucci continued his education at the United of Illinois studying to become an electrical engineer in one of the top programs in the country.
During his college days, Pecucci began researching and experimenting with different strength and conditioning programs to keep himself fit. Needing to fill the void that was left in high school athletics, Pecucci discovered CrossFit.
He hasn’t looked back since.
