Thanks to a $100,000 grant from Let’s Play, an initiative of Keurig Dr Pepper and Good Sports, Inc., Tulsa Central High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma was able to transform their athletic facilities and bring previously-discontinued sports back to the school.
Tulsa Central won a national contest and used the $100,000 grant to immediately purchase new jerseys and equipment for the school as well as bring back both the girls’ soccer and volleyball programs.
Among the new equipment purchased for the sports teams and the school’s Physical Education classes were several Body-Solid pieces including the GLPH1100 Leg Press/Hack Squat, GFB350 Flat Bench, Soft Plyo Boxes, Rubber Hex Dumbbells, SFID325 Bench, OB47 Curl Bar, OB86P1000 Olympic Bar and more!
