What is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's diet?
It's safe to say Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is in insane shape. The part-time World Wrestling Entertainment star is also an a-list Hollywood star and looks every bit of a bodybuilder. Johnson has become Hollywood's go-to man for a strong, well-built leading man which is led him to star in the 2014 blockbuster "Hercules".

We sure hope Dwayne is using the Body-Solid GPCA1 – Preacher Curl Station.
We all know it's all about the work you put into the gym, which from the tweet above, Johnson clearly does, but the other key component is diet. Muscle & Fitness talked to Johnson and got the breakdown on the Hollywood star's daily muscle-building diet:
Meal #1
10 oz cod
2 whole eggs
2 cups oatmeal
Meal #2
8 oz cod
12 oz sweet potato
1 cup veggies
Meal #3
8 oz chicken
2 cups white rice
1 cup veggies
Meal #4
8 oz cod
2 cups rice
1 cup veggies
1 tbsp fish oil
Meal #5
8 oz steak
12 oz baked potato
spinach salad
Meal #6
10 oz cod
2 cups rice
salad
Meal #7
30 grams casein protein
10 egg-white omelet
1 cup veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms)
1 tbsp omega-3 fish oil
Johnson also states that after doing cardio from 4:00-5:00 a.m he takes 4-6 scoops of Optimum's Amino Energy and immediately eats "Meal 1". After breakfast he lifts for 90 minutes and follows it up with 60 grams of Optimum Nutrition's Platinum Hydrowhey.
Maybe not the most realistic diet for the average person (unless you have the time to prepare and eat seven large meals a day) but regardless it's interesting to see what it takes diet-wise to look like "The Rock".
